1) How do I upload my picture?

To upload your picture please click on the choose image button above. If you don't have the picture ready, you can email us at support@customgrace.com

2) Which type of picture can I provide?

You can give any type of photos which you want to see converted into a beautiful digital painting. Please upload a high quality close up image for the best possible result.

3) Do you provide a frame with the canvas?

We highly specialize in product quality and we want to make sure that we deliver an exceptional product to you. We take framing seriously, we will use frames made in-house from pine that are gallery  1.5” profile to give you that museum gallery wrap canvas.

4) How much time will it take to receive the canvas to my address?

It usually takes 2-3 business days to make the digital sketch. Once the sample sketch is confirmed, the canvas is produced and shipped in 3 to 4 days. USA orders are mostly delivered in 2 to 5 days

***Cancellation***

• We gladly accept cancellations, just contact us within 48 hours of purchase
• Order can't be canceled once it enters production.
• If you would like to cancel the order after the sketch is made, you will receive a partial refund with a deduction of $30 from the order amount.
