Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with UniqueThoughtful. Every order we create is handled with care, especially our personalized and made-to-order items. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


Custom & Personalized Items (Important)

Most of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for you. Because these items are uniquely created with custom info and cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized orders once production has started.

You may cancel or modify a custom order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters production and becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Eligibility for Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

If your item is not customized, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@uniquethoughtful.com
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • If applicable, attach clear photos or videos of the item
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit

Damaged or Defective Items

Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Send clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified:

✅ We will provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost
✅ In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item

Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and fairly.


Refunds (When Applicable)

For approved non-custom returns:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are not available for:

  • Custom or personalized items (after 12 hours)
  • Orders already in production
  • Digital products or downloadable items

Order Not Delivered / Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed or in transit, we kindly ask for patience while we work with our shipping partners. Refunds or cancellations cannot be processed while an order is actively moving through the carrier network.

We will always do our best to assist and provide alternatives such as replacements or credits when appropriate.
